With a gated driveway and parking for over 30 cars, our unique private property is ideal for photo, film, television, and social media shoots.

 

OFFSITE MEETINGS

With extensive amenities, our serene and versatile property is the perfect location for offsite work meetings, retreats, team-building experiences, and wardrobe fittings.  

 

 EVENTS

The estate's largely open and airy spaces, 180-degree ocean views, and its garden pool and serene environment make it an ideal venue for events such as weddings, dinners, music release listening parties, spiritual retreats, or other special events.

 

 TENNIS & POOL EVENTS

The property offers pool and tennis court rentals for hosting sporting events.

 

 

GARDEN SETTING

Surrounded by 100-foot-tall eucalyptus trees and lush grass, the garden pool is a beautiful location for your event or production.

 

THE BEAUTY BAR

The beauty bar, located off the dining room, features floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the garden pool. Additionally, it includes three makeup stations, a round table that can accommodate up to four people, a makeup chair, and a stunning oversized chandelier.

 

GUEST ROOMS

Our three guest rooms are beautifully decorated and each one comes with a private ensuite bathroom.

 

SECOND PROFESSIONAL UPSTAIRS CHEF KITCHEN

For an additional hourly fee, this space can be rented for farm-to-table dinners or catering during productions.

 

SECOND PROFESSIONAL UPSTAIRS CHEF KITCHEN & BALCONY

The upstairs professional kitchen is fully equipped with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, Wolf range, industrial sink, wrap-around bar, sofa seating area, vaulted ceilings, a 130" long farm dining table with chairs, and a second story balcony that offers beautiful views of the ocean and mountains.

 

TENNIS COURT

PARKING

The property features two private gated roads, one of which leads up to the house from the gate. The main house driveway accommodates up to 20 automobiles. If needed, the other road can be rented for an additional fee, which provides extra parking space for cars, trucks, and trailers.

 

LOCATION

The property is just one mile up from the exclusive Carbon Beach, also known as Billionaire’s Beach. It is approximately a half-hour drive from Santa Monica. The house is completely gated and private, with its own road leading up to the property.
